Due to some problems related to the new SEI website launch, people weren't able to download the SEI CERT C++ Standard. The links have been fixed, and you should now be able to download the standard, if you weren't able to. If you are still redirected to the C download page, try refreshing your page before you click the link taking you to the C page, to get the updated page with the correct link to download the C++ standard.
